Processing

  • At Dorvi, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery experience for our customers. All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
  • All orders are processed within 8–10 business days. For pre-order or made-to-order pieces, processing time may be extended depending on the design and craftsmanship involved.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Delivery typically takes up to 7 business days after dispatch.
  • A flat shipping rate of INR 150 applies to all orders.
  • Free shipping is available for Dorvi Clan members on orders above INR 5,000. Simply purchase and register with Dorvi using your email ID to become a Clan member.

International Shipping

  • Delivery timelines range from 10–21 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination.
  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.
