- Each Dorvi piece is uniquely crafted for its owner. Because our items are limited editions and not mass produced, all sales are final.
- Should you wish to change your selection, we welcome exchanges or offer store credit within 7 days of delivery to ensure you find your perfect match.
To Request an Exchange
- Email us at worldofdorvi@gmail.com with your order number, picture, and complaint.
- Once approved, ship the product back to us at your own cost, ensuring it is securely packed.
- The exchange will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at worldofdorvi@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.
- Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product (subject to availability) or provide store credit.
Custom & Handmade Variations
- Since Dorvi products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or design are inherent and add to their unique charm. These are not considered defects.
